Student Assignments

Parents-  you will receive a call from me this evening regarding our plan to continue your child’s education during the time we are closed.  Please ask your child to check email and teacher blogs on a regular basis so they are able to keep up with assignments.  I also encourage you to visit our website and White Oak Middle School Facebook page regularly for new information.  I will have hard copies of alternate assignments available at the Middle School, Wednesday evening from 4:00-6:00 pm, that can be used if the internet is not available.  Extra copies will be left with Mr. Gray at the administration building if you are unable to come that evening. These copies are only for students without internet service. Our students with disabilities will receive assignments by mail.  Please be on the lookout for that in the next few days.  All completed assignments will need to be turned in electronically or kept until we return to school on March 30.  All campuses are closed, and teachers, as well as office staff, will not be in the building during this time.

Beginning Wednesday, our Food Service Department will provide drive-though sack lunches to all WOISD students.  Please see the post below for more information.

We have a wonderful community, and together, we will get through this difficult time!

Thank you,

Becky Balboa
